BLINC Homepage
BLINC stands for BracewelL Infrared Nulling Cryostat. It is an interferometer designed to suppress starlight in order to search circumstellar environments of nearby stars for dust disks and planets. BLINC will be used both in the laboratory and at the refurbished MMT to push the development of nulling interferometry.
Status: BLINC is finished and awaiting use on the MMT.
